The sheets are made using hot-rolling technology. The available thickness - starting from 2 mm. Standard sheet sizes: 1250x2500, 1500x3000, 1500x6000, 2000x6000, 2000x12000, metal grades: S235, S355, HARDOX, RAEX, etc.
In some cases, hot-rolling technology is considered to be the most suitable way of manufacturing metal products. Hot-rolled sheets are offered in two variations:
- roll - it provides for additional cutting of preforms to the required dimensions;
- sheet - a finished product with predefined parameters.
Production of products of a minor thickness (not exceeding 3.9 mm) requires the use of high-quality steel. For the manufacturing of thick sheet material (4 mm and thicker), the use of general-purpose steel is permitted. As a result of the treatment of the workpiece on the rolling mill with roller mechanism, the metal is exposed to double-sided pressure makes it possible for the end product to be given high durability characteristics.
