Cutting of component parts

Today, in today's construction market, metal sheet cutting services are provided through professional, high-precision machines that dramatically accelerate and increase the quality of preparing metal blanks for their further use. This work involves a complex technological process whereby separate parts of different shapes and sizes are formed from whole sheets of metal. There are several basic production methods for cutting and cutting metal sheets.

 

Laser
One of the Atras and economics. This is done by heating the material with a laser beam with further melting. It involves precision cutting of metal, cutting of aluminium, steel and stainless steel and alloys of all kinds. After the procedure, the edges of the blanks do not require further processing and the precision of the technology allows for the cutting of specific metal parts of any complexity.

With plasma
The treatment is carried out by means of high temperature ionised gas, plasma, which is obtained by the interaction of an electric arc formed between the machine tool nozzle, electrode and metal sheet and the flow of compressed air. Ideal for cutting stainless steel sheets, high - and low-carbon, structures, high-alloy steel, and titanium and cast iron, non-ferrous metals and bimetal alloys.

Cutting of gas
Cutting metal sheets using this thermal method involves heating the material to temperatures above 1000 °C and burning it with an oxygen jet along certain lines. Often used for the treatment of thick wafers up to 2 metres. This method is ideal for cutting non-alloy and poorly alloyed steel, but is not applicable for cutting aluminium sheets due to the low melting temperature of coloured metal (660 °C), which will simply start to run during the process.

Hydroabrasive
The essence of this technology is the treatment of raw materials with a very high-speed and high-pressure water jet of up to 5,000 Atme to which abrasive particles have been added - quartz sand. That way, the material collapses at the molecular level. Ensure quality cutting of metals and alloys of any kind. Due to the absence of thermal effects, do not deform the material, guarantee a precise and flat cut.

Mechanical
This process involves special mechanical machines for cutting sheet metal and grade metal: presses, sheet cutters, plate shears, angle grinders, circular saws. This method is usually used for small-scale processing of metal or steel of any kind.

Felling
Modern custom cutting of metal provides virtually no-surplus manufacturing. The cost of cutting metal depends directly on the thickness and quality of the material, the amount of work and the method chosen.
