The hot galvanizing technology involves immersing metal sheets in special containers filled with zinc melted at a temperature of 460 °C. In addition, the thickness of the zinc layer will depend on the rate of immersion of the workpiece in the protective mixture. Galvanised angles and other types of rolled products are cooled in a diffuse manner until the coating reaches a certain smoothness and durability.
